Is it normal to get sexually aroused by the parents during puberty?

    It's normal according to what I have read/heard in my psychology classes. Just don't act upon it!

    They say a child's first love is our parents! :)

    When I was younger, my parents told me the person you marry is the person who completes you, loves you, makes you happy, etc. That being, I asked if i could marry my dad! LOL (I didn't, wouldn't, & am not attracted to him in any possible way!!)

      You do love your parents. You have to. If you are planning on screwing your parents that is not normal and I suggest getting some help.

      What kind of psychology classes have you been taking? What a bunch of damned Freudian garbage.

      Now to the OP, I suppose I wouldn't really know, but I'm quite sure that that's definitely not normal. Regardless, it's in the past; try to get over it and move on.
