We really don't want to reject stuff. Here's how we answered a question about this today on the FB page...
We do very little censorship based on content. Nearly all rejections come down to formatting issues. The questions have to be structured in a particular way to make sense in the context of the site and people often get this part wrong.
The person voting "is it normal?" needs to be clear about what they're voting on for it to make sense. If you finish you post with "am I a freak?" then it becomes unclear and we may have to reject the post.
There are also other various problems that come up, but this is by far the most common one.
