Is it normal to get random chest pains

At random times and i don't understand why I get constricting chest pains and it becomes difficult to breath because of the pain. It used to happen more at night but recently it happened after exercising. the pain only lasts around 20 seconds but it still worries me.

    I have the same thing maybe once a month. Sometimes more often - depends how active I am.
