Is it normal to get mad at yourself when you dont go lift weights

Im a cool guy and i love football and love to workout but if i forget to do my pushups before bed or not go to weight training to lift weights... I get really pissed off ar myself and get really mad at me and others.... Is this normal????

  • This has to do with issues with your body image. If it's affecting the way you interact with people when you don't work out, you might have to seek help.

  • Um wow. Let it go. Nothing horrible is going to happen because u missed a workout. No sense in betting yourself up over it. You can't go back and do it over so why bother stressing about it. If you really want to get it done then go do it.

  • Yo bro I get what your saying I goto the gym 4-5 times a week depending on how my week is going if I don't go a day I get mad at myself cause I love working out and I'm like damn I missed a day at working out I don't get mad at others but I do get mad at myself I feel like I let myself down
