  • Of course theres hope man! Seems to me you have a lot of implosive anger, where you keep quiet when things anger you and the anger just builds up inside until it reaches bursting point.

    I've had this too and many other people have as well. There are loads of ways of releasing your anger by doing sports, punching pillows/punch bags, cutting wood or doing anything which you can release your anger onto, without effecting someone else obviously, like it wouldn't be very nice to shout at people in the street or take a kids football or something.

    As for the people who annoy you, you can't really change them, but you can tell them how it makes you feel when they annoy you.
