Here's a source backing up my claim that Plan B becomes less effective if used regularly and is not intended for regular use. Regular use of Plan B puts you at risk of infertility via substitution for protection in that if you're not using protection, you are exposing yourself to STDs that you're obviously not treating because you're not being tested which is a requiment for a birth control prescription in the United states. In and of itself, it may not cause infertility but it will do a number on your hormones after regular use due to aforementioned factors.
I'm not some damned neo-conservative redbeck. I have used the pill since this post and have purchased it for other individuals. I would always recommend it as a last resort but would always recommend actual birth control first. In the same tone, this is EMERGENCY CONTRACEPTION, just like you wouldn't (or shouldn't) use your emergency brake as opposed to your actual brakes unless those fail, EC is only, ONLY, intended for use in the failure or absence of birth control. The implication is in the name itself.
IIN to get incredibly depressed after taking the morning after pill?
