Is it normal to get horny when high?

When I was smoking weed with my friends, my friend jake started trying to like grope me. And then he apologized the next day saying he gets horny when he is high and so its not really his falult. But when i smoke I NEVER feel horny. Haha so Im thinking he was just making that up.... Maybe just an excuse. Or is it normal to get horny when high?
