    If you drink a pint of ice-cold water REALLY quick you feel sort of tipsy. So who knows maybe.

      woooow dont do that lol alot of people die from hyperhydration. I was hospitalised for drinking too much water too quickly in a drinking contest. if youre gonna get high, tehn use a safe drug that you cannot OD on. Stick to weed man
