Is it normal to get heart cramps ? and what might cause them ?

Sometimes I get heart cramps , but it kind of feels like a wind .. What can it be ? Is it normal?

    Maybe it's 'precordial catch', it's very common and harmless.

    I'm not a doctor but I've experienced chest pain from Costochondritis, where your chest wall gets inflamed which causes the pain. It can be treated with anti-inflammatory medicine such as ibuprofen.     If you feel it in the heart region then it's most likely not your heart. Heart pain is mostly felt in mid-chest.
