A good probiotic should help. Its a question of having a sutiable population of the right "bugs" in your GI tract to handle the food you are eating. Now things will naturally adjust over a week or two if you constantly eat certain foods during that period. A probiotic with multiple strains of bacteria usually cuts that down by half.
