Is it normal to get film on the inside of your mouth?

This happens every once in a while and has happened for as long as I could remember.

Sometimes (probly twice a yr) after brushing my teeth I will get a thin clearish white film covering the inside of my cheeks in my mouth. It comes off if I tongue at it with my tongue but its like a stretchy film. No idea what it is.

Is It Normal?

    it's like dead skin but on the inner check :) normal, but people tend not to notice it as usually it goes away slowly and not in big bits, but as people now with skin this isn't always the case

    I get that too it peels off my tounge and cheeks too

    i get that too , i think it ' s just like peeling skin , only inside the mouth , my mom told me it ' s cause i grind my teeth when i sleep

    Do you brush the inside of your cheeks? Could be skin and saliva unless you didn't gargle with water after brushing, in which case it is probably toothpaste. Go see a doctor if you are worried.

    YEAH ME TOO! but mine just comes off in great swaths when i lick the inside of my cheek sometimes. I think it just... i donnoe.. a layer of cheek cells that decided to detach themselves from the newer layer?? LOL no idea.
