Is it normal to get excited when seeing gore/blood?
I've been noticing here recently that i get very excited/get a adrenaline rush every time i imagine or see gory pics or videos...

It depends on how excited you get. Regardless of how much people try to downplay it, a bit of an appetite for spilled blood and bodily destruction is completely natural. Humanitarian concern, while present, isn't the only reason people slow down by bad car accidents.
