I think it's always been a shameful thing to seek out therapy and take medication for mental health reasons in my family.

I've always felt different and defective inside. I got a proper diagnosis beyond just depression and anxiety when I was 31, and saw several therapists thereafter, but didn't find someone who specialized in my particular personality disorder until I hit a rock bottom in my life at the age of 39.

It's a constant struggle for me.

    • I am feeling down because it will be very difficult to find a night like this one in the near future: this depends on income and scheduling (not something as easy as deciding whether or not you want to go workout today). The day ahead is likely going to be filled with boredom, anxiety, and a huge void of nothing to capture your interest/focus
