Is it normal to get aroused when i try to do things i don't want too?

I'm a female diagnosed with Depression and Anxiety disorders. My problem is I have no will power. Every time I have to do something I find difficult or tedious I get super frustrated. It gives me headaches and makes me nauseous. The worst part though is it also starts to make me aroused. Really Really aroused like I have to do something about it. It happens sometimes when I get angry too. And not to be too obscure here but "dealing with it" once doesn't keep it from happening again like immediately after. I can't find anyone else with this problem!This issue has made it super difficult for me to succeed in school or hold a job.

Is It Normal?

  • The statement "when I try to do things I don't want to do" is very vague, to me. What kind of things? Scholar or physical things?

  • Some people with obsessive compulsive anxiety will fear they will do something they don't want to. I haven't heard of people getting aroused by it, but it could be related to having an adrineline rush from the anxiety.
    Try not to do anything too stupid.

      • You see, it’s not about how often you masturbate but about how you’re living the rest of your life. As long as masturbation is a part of your life and not instead of your life, you’re fine. When masturbation becomes an escape from Problems in many things or it begins to affect your health, or turn into a substitute for real life experiences, then you should consider slowing down on your stroking or in this case your dj life, deal with who and what’s around you.

  • Do you mean like if you know you have to do something but you don't do it because your anxiety and depression gets in the way but this other side of you is like nagging and gnawing at you to do that thing you have to do? Cause that happens to me too. I think its my willpower trying to come through. But I'm a perfectionist and if I don't have all the tools to get something done, I won't do it AT ALL. For me its either all or nothing.

    • anxiety people will be irritated to do any thing even to fill the bottle with water it is normal i request you to do meditation deepbreathing breath walking that is walking and deepbreathing at the same time exercise then these things will subside take medication anxiety is afflicting all people in the world always thind of jesus or any gods when anxiety comes immediately exercise and deepbreath .
