  • I used to when I was younger, and I have during very stressful times in my life. It seems to come and go. The only thing that really helped was to try to distract myself somehow, like by watching TV, playing a game, or having a conversation if possible. I think the root of it is that usually, we start settling down at night in preparation for bed, which means our minds usually aren't occupied, which in turn allows anxiety and intrusive thoughts to creep in.
