Is it normal to get anxious after drinking to much coffee

i drank 6 cups of coffee and felt the good cafiene high. But after a while I got very anxious and couldn't sleep

    Definitely don't drink that much it can cause problems for your daily life! Be responsible and enjoy a couple cups a day or less!

    Yup same thing happens to me. I love that caffeine high but the anxiety and sleeplessness suck balls.

    Yes this is due to the affect of caffeine on the nervous system. It overstimulates it if you have too much and causes the body to make excess adrenaline which will put the mind on "high alert", causing you to feel jumpy or irrationally fearful.
