Literally not what I said... I didn't say we shouldn't try, I said some people can't do things perfect even if they try. Why do you keep repeating yourself about people not trying, I already said that's not what I meant. Don't call young kids who aren't great at school stupid, they deserve help and respect as much as anyone else.
Don't insult me. I said I couldn't pass Spanish, not that I didn't try. Plus other than that my grades were fine, and I went to college. Again, why are you like forty and putting down people way younger than you.
Wow, I should let you keep posting; you make my point for me.
"does not know English completely well." writes the supposed college educated man. We'll just ignore the questions without question marks, and other simple typos you've made with the understanding that not everybody tells the truth on the internet about their education, OK?
Pressing the post button without proofreading, is just lazy. Spelling a word wrong once, but right another time, in the same post hasn't a damn thing to do with trying; it it is sloppy and lazy.
There are many on here that most wouldn't even know were not native English speakers. THEY are the ones that TRY. Most who make these spelling and grammatical errors you are so willing to overlook, ARE native English speakers and are obviously too lazy (or too unintelligent) to use a spell checker or dictionary, because they just don't care how bad their illiterate posts make them appear. THAT is really the problem; THEY DON'T CARE. And they are the ones who can't get a kiss, a job, a friend, a life worth living and they wonder why. That kind of slovenliness is NOT restricted to this one tiny bit of their lives. It carries over to everything in their life.
So you go ahead and pamper these lazy slobs. Give them support and soothe their ruffled feathers when someone suggests that they could have at the very least proofread their posts. We all make mistakes, but a few seconds using a dictionary, spell checker or proofreading can minimize these considerably, don't you think?
"We'll just ignore the questions without question marks, and" Unnecessary comma.
"Pressing the post button without proofreading, is just lazy." Unnecessary comma.
"Most who make these spelling and grammatical errors you are so willing to overlook, ARE native English speakers and are obviously too lazy (or too unintelligent) to use a spell checker or dictionary, because they just don't care how bad their illiterate posts make them appear." Run-on sentence, missing comma.
"And they are the ones who can't get a kiss, a job, a friend, a life worth living and they wonder why." Run sentence, missing coma.
Yeah it could minimize it, but who cares. Who wants to spend ten minutes writing a short forum post. Obviously you didn't take your own advice anyway, so just stop trying to look down on everyone.
That's funny! How long did you spend in a word program to get all that together? I know I use a lot of commas, that's the way I talk, with pauses. But really, comparing my post to your, "does not know English completely well." is a bit silly. But have on.
You just keep babying the dumbasses and let them think being lazy and not even trying is OK. Their lives will surely benefit from that attitude.
Would you not assume I used a word program; I'm not an idiot. I know basic grammar. I didn't accuse you of anything when you brought up my one mistake multiple times. If anything your mistakes are worse. Using words incorrectly can at least be blamed on dialect and region. There's really no excuse for incorrect commas. But by all means, please keep talking down to me and acting like I'm the idiot in this situation.
This whole thing was about cutting slack to people who are in the process of learning a second language, and you keep bringing up something different.
Not worth it. He can't see that anything other than his way is correct. It's the whole authoritarian mindset.
You have proven yourself to consistently be one of the more intelligent and thoughtful users. He has only had anything worthwhile to say on the odd ooccasion and is a fucking hypocrite.
IIN to get annoyed when people are rude to others about their grammar?
