Is it normal to get an orgasm from urination?

So I had really rough sex with my bf and he also fingered me rougly (sorry but its important to my question). After that i noticed i was spotting. My period ended a few weeks ago. Also i get aroused from my pee. Not as in i have a pee fetish but like the feeling of the stream i guess hits somewhere on my vagina that causes stimulation. I haven't spoken to a doctor. I used a condom and am on birth control.
