He's probably straight and for someone with an anxiety disorder, you're doing the best you can. My theory about anxiety is communication: if this continues, talk to him! If you feel comfortable, fess up: Tell him a bit of what you told us...that you want to kiss him and you get flustered a little. (don't go into the whole anxiety deal).
