It seems kind of two-faced and cowardly to me. Why talk about somebody in a language you know they probably wouldn't understand (basicall behind their back). If you have something to say to or about me, say it to my face! Know what I mean?
Many probably do it out of habit though, and don't even realize that they are doing it.

Doesn't bother me at all. It not like they're pointing at me, while doing it. Every human has a basic right to communicate.
