How many 30-something vaginas have you seen to make a guess that they are all saggy though? Watch some MILF porn and some granny porn while you're at it (I've watched hours of it myself - had to as part of a job I once held), you'll see that even those older women (they're older than 30) don't have saggy vaginas. I think you have to be in your 60s by the time it starts to sag for most women. However, there is the odd one that does, just like there's the odd 30-something guy with a prematurely saggy nut-sack. But it is certainly not the norm.
If the OP is truly concerned about it, there are cosmetic surgeries they can have done to give it a youthful appearance again.
I worked for a small payment company. Sort of like Paypal, but with really high fees because they only handled high-risk accounts. Some of those high-risk accounts were porn sites. I was given a fake username and password whenever my company took on a new vendor (website) and I would have to monitor the "goods" to make sure their customers were getting what they paid for. If the customers are not getting what they paid for they'd have the credit card company reverse the charges, which the banks HATE. If there are too many charge reversals, then the bank starts charging my company more money and we didn't want that to happen, so the merchandise was monitored for consistency and quality (it must match what was promised).
I also would check out potential new customers (websites) who applied for our services. We rejected a lot of sites because they were too risky or too immoral (like snuff film or pharmaceutical sites).
I normally watched about an hour or two of porn each morning, before lunch. I shared an office with two other employees. They razzed me about it almost daily and said that they'd never be able to do it.
