Is it normal to get a penile implant?

Not even 15 years ago, women who had breast implants were ridiculed. Now it is SO normal, that anywhere from 250,000 to 340,000 American women per year get a boob job...
How about us guys? Is it becoming "normal" to have a penile implant? If they get "enhanced" boobs, why wouldn't we get "enhanced" willies? What do you think?

    You know how gadget-hungry most men are, though. How long would it be before they'd want implants that have bluetooth and remote controls and stuff. You'd have people changing the TV channel with their penis. A horrifying vision of the future!

    Don't get me wrong PapaGee, I'm not taking sides here, I'm as neutral as Switzerland. I have nothing against big boobs, but I'd have a problem with big clits. I'm a straight guy and I think that when a clit starts looking more like a penis, then it's not a clit anymore. Not sure what others think, but I suppose most men would agree that clits need to stay as they are: small. I mean - I love sucking a nice sweet clit, but were it bigger - not sure if I'd be taking up on that challange anymore - you know what I'm saying?
    So I guess there's a good reason why they haven't come up with clit implants yet.
