Is it normal to get a copy right strike on youtube?

I recently put up some videos on YouTube of celebrities like commentaries but I get copyright strikes. When I ask is it normal to get a copy right strike what I mean is, am I the only one in the world who gets them or does other people get them and is it common? So if it happens a lot, say yes it's normal and if it doesn't happen a lot say it's not normal!

Is It Normal?

  • It happens a lot, so it's pretty normal.

  • I've had one too... I put a disclaimer stating I don't own any of the music, but still got a strike.

Idiots... They probably want to make everything pay to watch.

    • Can you also answer this? They tell me to get permission from the artist but how can I get permission from Taylor swift?
