Is it normal to gamble 8 hours a day?

Take a break once in a while, walk around, eat, people watch..Don't sit there like a lump, wasting your money for 8 hours at a time. People like what they like, but, ease up on the slots or any other gambling. Can get addicted.

On nicer days, go for a hike or to a local park. I think the worst is when it's a perfectly sunny, nice day, and people flock to a casino to be trapped indoors in headache-causing light and, in some places, cigarette smoke. Get out for a bit.

That’s a very long time to gamble. Maybe you have an addiction of doing this? You should find a more beneficial habit. That’s what I think.
