No, it's not normal. Look at your percentages. Most people, think very simply. My dad has the same thing as you. I, however, got it a little different. I am always thinking of mire than one things at a time. So sometimes I start to think of so many things at once, I don't know what I'm doing, and my body takes over. But fir your problem, I would try to start containing it. Try to control when you do it, if it gets so out of hand, that at random times you forget everything, then it's a big problem. Maybe on your spare time, or before you go to sleep, or when your really stressed. Definitely control it. You still won't be normal. But then again, no one is.
