Is it normal to forget how words are spelt, forget where i am, etc?

Have someone else had this?
I'm 18 years old and i have been noticing this the last four days or so. At first, i just felt nausea and dizziness, but i thought it was because i didn't take my medicine that morning. (sertraline)
Then, the next day i was walking to my university's exit and suddenly i was really confused because according to my memory that was not how that exit looked like... Then i turned around and i remembered it wasn't like i thought and i was wrong. Which kind of scared me. I still had nausea that day, but i did take my medicine.
After that, when i wrote on the phone or when doing homework there were occasions where i stopped writing because i wasn't sure if the word i just wrote was right. And i used to be a grammar queen (okay I just care(d) about it too much).
Right now i got worried because i think it is not normal and it keeps happening.
Right now i am dizzy and nauseous.
Could it be related to weight? My doctor told me to gain some, and i'm on it, but i'm just so lazy.
Also, i have never had good memory but this time it has crossed the line, i guess.
So, I just want to know if someone has experienced this and what proceeded. Thanks!

    Medication can screw you up.
If you're going to take it you should take it consistently, missing doses can have an effect on you for days.
When I was on meds I was playing scrabble and I kept asking people "is 'it'/'is' a word?" People were looking at me like I was mad but I genuinely couldn't process that they were obviously words.
Soon as I stopped taking meds I was fine, but if you need them you should talk to your doc.

Could just be a few brain farts. That's pretty normal, like to walk into a room and forget what you're doing, or for things to look differently than you remember or randomly blank on how to spell words. That's normal.
But I think you're the best judge here; you know yourself. If it feels like more than that - and you think it's related to the nausea somehow, then see a doctor. Persistent dizziness might be a worry as well.

Btw are you actually eating normally? Or is your low weight for another reason? Cos if you're starving yourself (intentionally or not) then obviously that might explain things.

Go to the doctors and get checked out to be safe. There's quite a few things it can be and you don't want to play guessing games if you're feeling like that.

I have had a period of confusion, i was getting lunch, i went to get a fork but then i suddenly got confused. I dont know why i was confused or what it was that confused me, i was confused that i was confused. i didnt know what to do, and i partly didnt know where i was. I didnt have neasua or whatever its called.

Im pretty sure i had confusion because of my depression.
If your depressed for some reason, that could be a cause. Maybe?

Do you have allergies or sinus problems? I can find myself feeling very impaired when I have a bad sinus infection.
