Is it normal to flirt at work?

I'm a non-binary male ( I'm on estrogen), she's a lesbian (never confirmed but she has a girl friend). I'm a bottom and she's a top. We work at fast food, I'm a manager she's not.

We've been getting along better than usual lately, about a week ago she came in and smelled really amazing and I was like so overwhelmed by how she literally smelled like a dove bar I said "wow you smell really good" and I didn't mean to but I said it kind of seductively.

And tonight she was spraying the floors with the hose and got water on me and I said "aw you got me wet" and she said something to the effect of doing it on purpose but said it like how a man would say something seductively and oh just the way she held the hose... I told her she's making me blush and I giggled and twirled on my feet a little

What are your thoughts? Not really concerned about the workplace morality, it's just flirting and consensual
