Is it normal to flinch at every single flying bug flying near me?

Everytime I go outside, I will flinch at any bug that flies near me. I feel embarrassed when I flinch at a harmless fly.

Is It Normal?

    Not at all, like the other comments said it's just a reflex. Please don't be embarrassed about the flinching, a lot of people have the same reaction and it's not something people pay attention to when you're around them.

      I'm not scared of flies, I just flinch when they fly straight at me.
