Is it normal to find your true love in high school?

I believe that love can be found in high school, but very rarely. I have a friend who I'm certain is dating his future wife at the moment. My friend and I are both in high school by the way. Love is an enigma that requires maturity, both physically and emotional. I don't think that a lot of people in high school are ready for love, or even know what it is. However, love in high school is certainly possible.

My parents met in high school and have been married for like 30+ years and lucky for them. It was love at first sight. My mom still keeps a giant box full of letters they sent.

But remember. In high school, your hormones are on full blast so don't do anything you will regret when they start to dial down.

I dont know what love is.. I'm in high school and there is someone I like sooo much that it kills me I want to remember that person forever burry that person into my mind and forget all about it.. Its happy and it painful. but then again I want that person to be happy because that persons happiness is mine and even as I say that It kills me to think that that person is happy with someone eles and at the same time it makes me happy to know that the one I care for is happy and still I dont think its love I hope its not love.. and whats ironic is that I'm in eleventh grade as well and the one I like also happened to start 4 years ago so I wanna comment that we seem so alike and differnt. hahaha I wish I could know you.
ps. sorry for rattling on and on about the irony and yes its normal to find true love in high school. ^^

It could happen, but I'm sorry to say that it doesn't sound like this guy is your true love.

I hate to break it to you but there is no such thing as a true love/soul mate.
