    What is he supposed to do? Just pretend it doesn't happen? Run screaming from the room every time you have a period? It's something that every woman does, and I don't understand what is "wrong" with it. You act like your ashamed of your menstrual cycle?

      No but he shouldn't be just okay with it or really ask about it. It should be something unsaid. And maybe I am. It's not like its something to be proud of. It's not like your announce your farts or every time you pee or shit.

        I see it as something to be proud of, you are a woman capable of amazing things! Being capable of creating another human life inside of you is nothing short of a miracle and that is part of it. Personally the period is part of the female body and it doesn't bother me a bit.

          That's not amazing. It'd be amazing if we were the only species that could do it but we're not. It's nasty and disgusting.

            Well then we are of differing opinions. There is nothing wrong with the way you feel, you just have to deal with the people that are more open about it, that's all.
