I hate people who ask me if I'm anorexic. I once had a doctor honestly believe that I was anorexic. You would think that with all of their ego they might have half the mind to know that I have a fast metabolism.
But you're right, some people are just absolutaly stupid. I've learned to ignore them over the years. Most likely, if they are making fun of how skinny you are, they are probably jealous. Take it as a compliment. And the boob thing, they're just really immature. Be proud about your breast size. It doesn't matter how big or small they are. Breast are made for nurturing babies, not for the pleasure of men. People are always going to be stupid, but don't let it get to you.
