The brain cannot make up faces so everyone you see in your dreams are people you've sometime come across in real life. Doesn't matter if it was just once.
This post is unclear, you saw her once, dreamed about her and now want to find her again?
I don’t think it’s normal but I do think it’s possible. Personally I believe in stuff like psychics and supernatural stuff to an extent obviously I don’t think there’s vampires walking around or zombies but I think that this world is far too complicated for not to be there. And maybe fate is a thing and I’ve had some pretty gnarly dreams even some that some people might call premonitions. So yes it’s possible and not probably common.
The human brain is an interesting thing. While it's capable of performing a multitude of tasks and incredible creativity, you're not actually capable of creating a false face. Your subconscious picks up on faces that you may not even realise you've passed by in life. It sounds like this woman was quite attractive or of some other significance to you that you'd end up dreaming of her. Perhaps you crossed paths with her in public recently before dreaming of her that second time, leading to your subconscious to reengage a dream involving her. If she lives, works or has some reason to go somewhere near you or somewhere you go (eg local shops, etc..) then it would only be a matter of time before crossing paths again
