Is it normal to fetishize my freakishly tall neighbor?

So I’ve recently fallen in love with my neighbor. He’s from Russia. Hardly speaks English. He’s 25. I’m pretty sure he hates me, or hates everyone, or just /hates/. He’s Blonde, he’s buff, and he’s. So. Incredibly. Tall. He’s 7 foot 4 inches tall. The guys a giant, but he’s proportional, he isn’t lanky or 70% legs he’s just a massive person. And just because of his size I’m obsessed with him. I can only imagine what he’s packing below the belt. I told him once how tall he was and how masculine it was but he only said “Yes. Americans are small.” And left it at that.

I don’t want to say that I stalk him, but I definitely spy on him whenever he goes outside to smoke or when he uses his kitchen. I’ve been trying to drop hints that I want to hook up but he must not understand because of the language barrier, and he seems sort of cold and uncaring about most things.

I stole his mail once and walked it over to his house and he invited me in and gave me hot chocolate and a shot of vodka, we talked for a bit until I finished my drink and he said “You are done? Goodbye now.” So I took it as he wasn’t as interested as I was. I really dont care about him, but I really want to get with him and see his body. Whoops.
