I've felt this way before and a guy actually left because of it, it was really shitty. But anyone who loves you won't leave because you want to red-light the sex for awhile. Tell your boyfriend that you're not comfortable with it at the moment and you need some time to figure it out, and that it has nothing to do with him. Trust me, if you keep having sex when you feel so weird about it, its going to build up and make you resent your boyfriend.
