  • I also heard you want something more. Be true to your nature and value only self-control, discipline and independent behaviour. Eat vegetables instead of delicious food, eat apples, honey, figs, bananas, and drink only pure spring water. Try not taking drugs, and walk in nature barefooted and stop worrying about pain, whip yourself on the back, I'm a genius, I solved the problem of someone who hates a good life.
