  • Try doing something you really enjoy, or try something new. If you're interested in video games go buy some new game that just came out, and you can invite your friends to play with you! Or go for a walk, you wont be stuck at home, and although you're outside you don't have to interact with people and walking is great to think and it's good exercise. I too suffer for social anxiety, but I'm getting over it, you just have to get out of your comfort zone and try new things in life! Or else your life would be boring and repetitive.
