  • I'm right there with you. I'm at 36 weeks and rather little to begin with so this extra weight is really starting to hurt. I find baths really relaxing, just make sure to keep the door unlocked in case you need help out. I also find myself on all fours just to shift the weight around. If you can, find yourself a spa that knows how to massage pregnant women and treat yourself. And yes, a small glass of wine may be exactly what you need to get some decent sleep.
