Is it normal to feel tingly often?

I was wondering if any other females walk around "tingly" very often? It makes me feel weird sometimes because my vagina is constantly tingly, and I am always very wet. I mean I could just be walking around in the store, and I almost feel like I am having an orgasm. When my hubby starts to rub my clit, I am instantly tickled. He says that it is "puffy" very quickly. The feeling is nice, but I don't like feeling like that for no reason. I have never had an STD, and I have regular Pap Smears so there is no medical problem or anything, but I just don't feel normal.

Is It Normal?

    Coming from another woman, your just sensitive down there. You could have a puffier vagina or large labia which catch on to your underwear-it's stimulating.

    All vaginas get puffy and wet when aroused, it's simply the way the anatomy works. The blood flow increase therefore skin rises.

    Be glad you're not desensitized ;)

    I'm a guy, but it sounds like your just sensitive, try wearing clothes that aren't as tight if you don't like it, or maybe masturbate every morning before starting your day. I hope this helped ya, luv~
