  • Your emotions are crushing you. Pain weighs too much for us to handle by ourselves. Find someone who you can share you emotions with. It may be someone who is going through the same situation. I'm not saying force your pain on them, just let them help by taking some weight off. Or you could push your sorrow into music or sport. Something or someone who won't make you lift so hard to keep that pain from crushing you anymore. Again, like lifting weights, you'll become stronger over time and you'll be able to lift the pain right off your head and heart and you'll be healthier and happier. I hope I helped (sorry about the weight metaphore haha). May peace come your way sooner rather than later. Smile. Love. And enjoy moving forward.
