fuck that sounds terrifying. I used to have the thing when I was a kid where I was afraid of closing my eyes because the scary face would appear. I would just like to ask though, how tf do you sleep?
Honestly, I thought watching horror movies would make you less scared, by desensitising you. I used to be terrified of horror movies, wouldn't be able to sleep for months. But now as an avid horror fan nothing really scares me anymore. But I guess having creepy movies playing all the time could disturb your mind. Try to mix in some romcoms or something.

Idk, I'm not afraid of the dark as long as I'm in the house with all windows and doors closed.
It only happens in the bathroom and in church. Or sometimes when I'm walking in a very quiet place.
I'm honestly addicted to horror movies. But I'm trying to stop watching them. I want to stop fearing things that I'm not supposed to fear.
