as advice you shouldn't run away from your problems in life. they wont go away unless you deal with them head on.
for example; your father yells at you it causes you stress.
have you ever thought about telling him this, and that he doesn't need to yell at you to get the point across. You will understand just the same in any tone he uses. make sure to let him know that when he does yell at you it causes you to fell the need to get as far away as possible from him. and even run to other citys just to feel safe again.
note if you do not say this in a calm voice and tone we will just most likely yell at you for being arrogant. when debating tough things sarcastic responses is not your friend .........or just have him read your post + mine.... if you cant say it to him directly

I tried this with my Mum. It never worked, she just got more mad. You can't reason with them. ever.
