I have a reoccurring nite mare that I have lost my children with no memory of the past few hours or events.I am at a party having fun and i realize my kids aren't with me, or hubby finds me and asks were they r,,,and i have no clue,, we scramble to find them,,,screaming at the people around yet no one cares or has seen them..Last time i woke up screaming and crying cuz my son had been kidnapped and we missed catching him by minutes,,,it seemed so real,,i thot bout it allday ,,actually it still bothers me, it was so real..
Dreams are so bittersweet. I had a dream like yours, except it was my boyfriend. I was pregnant in my dream and after I had the baby we got into a car accident and I was the only survivor. When I woke up I was crying and my heart hurt so much. I never told my boyfriend because stuff like this scares him. I wish you and your family the best.
Is it normal to feel the pain from a nightmare after you wake up?
