I think like this sometimes too, I wonder why we bother to do anything when we just die but to me there's two reasons for it.
Firstly, it would be boring to just do nothing until we meet our maker, pop our clogs etc. and secondly, because even if we die in the end, why not live life anyway and have fun while doing it.
Although if you really feel like down about this and stuff, talking to someone will help a lot. :)
