Who told you that you are toxic? Can you be more specific about this so called toxic behavior? Most truly toxic people aren't as open, and honest as this.
I was told by people in my youth forum that I act in a way that is toxic to other people. For e.g. I see myself put other people down, I see myself as passive-aggressive.
