You need to find a girl that is like her that your not related to. Myself I wouldn't pursue a relationship with my cousin. But if your feelings are that strong and you can't get over them. Just tell her you wished you weren't related so you two could have a relationship. Maybe she feels the same way you do and this approach will break the ice. And if she don't feel the same way she won't be creeper out.
