Is it normal to feel sinful after masturbation?

Sometimes, associating such acts as sinful can affect ones relationships and sex life. Its normal to masterbate, Even if your parents say otherwise.

I say it can sometimes feel bad afterwards, like you have done something wrong. But I wont comment because i'm not strictly religous.
