Is it normal to feel sick seeing ratdogs' exposed assholes?

I am really beside myself of observing the preponderance of "guide" and "therapy" dogs, with full licenses, being dragged around -- even in baby carriages -- with full impunity, even in drug stores, restaurants, and other sensitive areas. CA Penal Code Sec. 365.5 is the ticket, for a price (~>$70), for any jerk who just wants to haul his stupid animal around for all to see, and who give soft, cuddly, syrupy, baby-talk to those very creatures that they may need soon, real soon.
In the final analysis, an asshole is an asshole, is an asshole.

    I'm never tired of seeing dogs in public as long as they're clean and well behaved, never! People who complain about stupid bullshit on the other hand... I been tired of them all my life.

    You know the saying, "If you are not the lead dog the view never changes"? Well, to me that'd be just dandy! I'd rather live in a world full of the VIEW of dogs' assholes......then a world where the VIEWpoint of asshole is taken seriously (:->)
