Is it normal to feel sick after telling a lie?

After telling certain lies I get that butterfly queezy feeling in my stomach and later when I think about it that feeling comes back. I don't lie often but when stupid little things happen and I lie about it without really thinking, I get this feeling.. Is this normal? Anybody similar?

Start lying on a regular basis. The sickness will soon subside.

It means you have a heart and that you care about the person who you just hurt. If you get that feeling just tell the truth. Sometimes telling the truth might make things worse but its better to get it off your chest then having those queezy little feelings in your stomach.
