Reaching that point in life where you understand that to everything (even yourself) there's an end can be extremely alarming. I recall losing sleep the first couple of years. Over time you'll process it and come to accept it. What's important is that you don't allow that fear to drive you down a road in which you forget to live your life.
I’m not afraid of death at all I think it’s more fear of the future and as I get older I’m just not going to be put together or not know what’s happening and I’m afraid that with age will not come knowledge for me if that makes sense.
