Is it normal to feel sad when i dont eat chocolate?

I feel so sad when I'm not eating chocolate. When I eat it I feel so happy and not stressed; it feels like no matter what everything is going to be okay.
When I haven't eaten in within like a day, my mind goes to the darkest places and I get super sad. I end up stressing out on the dumbest stuff.
I would continue to eat chocolate forever but its really unhealthy, I can already tell I've gained a lot of weight from it.

    Chocolate is an antidepressant:

It's not unhealthy if you eat the low sugar dark versions. It's full of vitamins and very high in potassium.

As Boojum and 309uf2o38yf said, the chocolate is working as an anti-depressant for you, by real easing feel-good chemicals in your head. If you feel like you need it all the time to the point that it's interfering with your life, it's an addiction. You may have depression, or similar issues- and seeking therapy or other professional mental health help is probably one of your best bets here. They can help you not need chocolate to feel okay.
